Refund Policy

Payment:

Firstveda & its Subsidiaries, reserve the right to suspend the services if the payments are not made by the due date. We shall not be held liable for any kind of loss due to the disruption of services. Our pricing may increase or decrease at any time or situation if any third-party software license price increases or decreases like Softaculous, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, SiteBuilder, cPanel, Plesk, CWP, etc. In some cases, if third-party or base software or application price increases or decreases then existing customers or new customers & whoever will or had purchased our hosting has to pay extra cost expenses because our pricing is dependent on all these third-party software licenses.

Refund Policy:

You can cancel your hosting plan within the first 7 days for a full refund. PayPal, GST, Set-Up, and Handling Fee (if charged) will be deducted. Other Payment Gateway transaction charges (if charged) will be deducted.
For VPS, Setup Fees & Control Panel Fees will not be refunded. Refunds for VPS will not be processed once the server is deployed and delivered. You can request for VPS Refund before deployment.
This is because our VPS Plans are very cheap and a part of a huge amount is paid to the Data Center when you place a VPS order.

1) The money-back guarantee does not apply to most add-on products like Domains, WordPress Installation, WordPress Themes, Optimization, Script Installation, etc.
2) If you cancel within 7 days and your plan includes free months, Firstveda & its Subsidiaries will deduct the fee for Free Months.
3) Firstveda & its Subsidiaries, do not offer any refunds for cancellations that occur after 7 days.
4) There will not be any refund if a violation of the Terms of Services is found.
5) In most cases, refunds are done back to the source of payment. Ex: If you paid through PayPal, we shall refund you to your PayPal account.

Invoicing:
Firstveda & its Subsidiaries generates invoices 10 days before your due date.
Firstveda & its Subsidiaries reminds you about your invoice by sending reminders to complete your payment.
We suspend accounts on or after 1 day of the due date and send a notification on suspended Accounts.
So, we provide a total of 10 to 12 days to complete the payment before the due date.

Billing:
We have two payment gateways,
For international, we have PayPal. For Indians, we have Instamojo.
Our staff is not allowed to accept payments directly in their personal account/UPI. A customer is required to make payments using the invoice created.

Payments:
While ordering, you automatically establish a payment agreement with us Monthly/Quarterly/Semiannual/Annual Billing Cycle which we call Billing Agreement.
You can not skip your Billing/Invoice, no matter your account got suspended or terminated.
If suspended, that is your fault because you didn’t complete the payment.
If terminated, that is your fault because our system automatically terminates accounts after 60 days of non-payment, considering the violation of the Billing Agreement.

Why pay if suspended?
It’s not like you didn’t use it and you have to pay. You must pay because various licenses are activated, space is allocated to your domain when your order is activated with us. Even if your account is suspended, we keep your data safe and secure. Your data occupies space on the Disk. So you can’t say that you haven’t used the Service even if your account is suspended.
You must accept that your account got suspended because you didn’t complete the billing agreement.

Why pay if terminated?
If your account is terminated, you can request for deletion of the Service and you can place a new order again (using the same domain). You won’t be able to place an order using the same domain unless your previous order is removed.
If you want to continue with the previous order only, then you need to clear all your previous bills.

Even if your account is Terminated, we kept your data safe and secure until the last day. Your data-occupied space on the Disk and Licenses were also active for your account. So you can’t say that you haven’t used the Service even if your account is Terminated/Suspended.
You must accept that your account got Terminated/Suspended because you didn’t complete the billing agreement.
You also accept that you ignored all the emails sent by us to inform you regarding the Suspension of the Account due to non-payment.
